Harrow Liberal Democrat candidates for the General Election

Councillor Chris Noyce will be the Liberal Democrat candidate for the constituency of Harrow West, and Adam Bernard will be the Liberal Democrat candidate for Harrow East at the General Election on June 8th 2017.

Chris Noyce has been a councillor in Rayner's Lane for 27 of the last 31 years, tirelessly working to improve the lives of residents in Harrow West.
Adam Bernard works as a researcher at Queen Mary University of London, and has been a Liberal Democrat campaigner for 20 years.
Both candidates will join the many residents who disagree with Theresa May’s hard Brexit.

Liberal Democrat candidate, Adam Bernard, said: “56% of Harrow residents voted to Remain in the EU and many more oppose the reckless decision of this hard-right Conservative government to pursue a ‘hard Brexit’, propped up by the apathetic Labour party. Here in Harrow, only the Lib Dems are truly fighting Theresa May's plans."

“The Labour Party is in an absolute mess, fighting amongst themselves rather than acting as the effective opposition this country so desperately needs.”
Chris Noyce added, “I will be campaigning and making the case that for anyone who wants to avoid a disastrous hard Brexit, keep Britain in the single market, and for Great Britain to remain open, tolerant and united, the only party to vote for is the Liberal Democrats.”

Tim Farron MP, leader of the Lib Dems said, “This election is your chance to change the direction of our country. Only the Liberal Democrats can prevent a Conservative majority.”
